"Ted Lasso" de la Apple TV+ a câștigat cel mai bun serial de comedie pentru al doilea an consecutiv, "The White Lotus" de la HBO Max a luat premiul pentru cea mai bună miniserie, iar "Succession" de la HBO a câștigat cea mai mare onoare a serii la categoria cel mai bun serial dramatic.
Starul "Squid Game" - Lee Jung-jae - a devenit primul actor asiatic care a câștigat vreodată la categoria actor principal într-un serial dramă și a patra persoană asiatică care a câștigat vreodată un Emmy în actorie, în timp ce Zendaya a devenit prima femeie de culoare care a câștigat trofeul pentru actriță principală într-un serial dramă și cea mai tânără câștigătoare a două Premii Emmy din istorie.
