Punkerii americani de la Misfits au anunţat lansarea celui de-al şaptelea material de studio din cariera lor, The Devil's Rain, pe 4 octombrie 2011.
Albumul vine la 8 ani distanţă de Project 1950 (2003) și include 16 piese printre care "Twilight of the Dead", "Curse of the Mummy's Hand" şi "Land of the Dead".
Materialul a fost produs în parteneriat cu Ed Stasium (cunoscut pentru colaborările cu trupa The Ramones) şi este primul album de la Famous Monsters (1999) care include materiale originale.
